Go to www.paypal.com
Log-in to your Paypal account
Point your mouse to Profile Menu
Choose Add/Edit Credit Card
Click Add a Card : Add your Unionbank Eon Debit Card Details to your Paypal account. Once you have successfully added your card. Get the Paypal Code (EXPUSE) number by calling Unionbank Eon Debit Card Hotline found at the back of your Card.
Then Enter the Paypal Code to your Paypal Account
